NEW RETURN POLICY

As of 4/25/07

  1. 1. Sales receipt must accompany all returns. There will be a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns.
  2. 2. Items returned without a valid receipt will be credited at the lowest sale price in the previous 6 months, less the 15% restocking fee. No cash refunds.
  3. 3. Special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
  4. 4. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
  5. 5. Books and Patterns may not be returned or exchanged.

It has become necessary for us to make these changes in our return policies. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
